Report a player or a name

Word Prowler has no chat — the only thing another player sees from you is your chosen display name. Names are automatically filtered, but if you come across one you find offensive or abusive, email support@mail.wordprowler.com with the details. We review reports and act on offending accounts, typically within 24 hours.

Managing your account

• Signing in — we email you a one-time code; there's no password to remember.
• Changing your name — update your display name any time in Settings → Profile.
• Deleting your account — go to Settings → Delete account. This is permanent and erases your name and email.

Common questions

My sign-in code didn't arrive

Check your spam folder and confirm the email address is correct. Codes expire after 10 minutes — request a fresh one if it's been longer. Still stuck? Email us.
